Set up the campaign planner

Choose who may plan, where the weekly drops are posted, and when they go out.

How to do it

Go to 🗂️ Campaigns → Settings.
Pick the Unit role. Server admins can always plan; Unit Leaders can plan when they also hold this role.
Pick the Drop channel — the public announcements channel every drop is posted in.
Pick the Mission team channel — a private channel I ping when a drop is due but nobody has approved it.
Set the Drop day and Drop time, and which drop opens the ORBAT for sign-ups.
Save.

With no unit role set, only server admins can plan. That is on purpose: the planner never opens wider than you chose.
Drop times are read in the server's time zone, and posts show every time as a Discord timestamp, so readers see their own time.
Make the drop channel an Announcement channel and partner servers can Follow it to get each drop in their own server: I publish every drop, which is what sends it on to them, and edits follow by themselves. Give me Attach Files there too, for drops with images.
The survey link may contain {op}, which becomes the mission name with spaces as %20.
Who can edit mission ORBATs decides who may open the ORBATs campaign missions use in the ORBAT editor: server admins only, or admins and planners. Also allow these roles adds anybody else — they find those ORBATs under Operations → ORBATs. Creating, copying and deleting ORBATs always stays with admins.
