Take somebody off a slot
Give a booked slot back, or take an undecided request out of the queue.
How to do it
- In Discord:
/clear-slotand pick from the dropdown of who is currently on the operation. - In the browser: Release on a booked row, Withdraw on a pending one — the same action under two names.
- Confirm. The member is DMed and told who removed them.
Worth knowing
- Neither can be undone, which is why both ask first.
- Clearing a pending request greys out its approval message, so nobody finds it later and presses Approve on a request that is gone.
- The archive record of an earlier approval is left alone. The archive says what was decided; this is a later decision, not a correction of that one.
