Announce the operation

Post an announcement embed pointing people at the board to sign up.

Admin Discord — /post-event, or the Operation tab

How to do it

/post-event channel:#announcements, optionally overriding the mission name and time.
Or the Post the announcement panel on the Operation page.
It names the operation, its start, and links #orbat for sign-ups.

Worth knowing

This only announces. Sign-up still happens through the board — for an event with its own attendee list, use /event-create instead.
