Set the start time and reminder

Move tonight’s start, and choose how long before it everybody is reminded.

Admin Discord — /set-event-time, or the Operation tab

How to do it

  1. /set-event-time time:25/06/2025 19:00 reminder_minutes:30.
  2. Or the Start time field on the Operation page.
  3. The board updates itself, and the reminder is re-armed for the new time.

Worth knowing

  • The reminder DMs every approved member and pings #orbat. It fires once — moving the time arms it again.
  • The time renders as a Discord timestamp, so everyone sees it in their own local time whatever the server timezone is.
